Keto?

Question

Probably a dumb question but I was doing keto before I got pregnant and I have winced stop. Should I stop until after breastfeeding or is there a way I can do it during pregnancy and breastfeeding or no?

You’ll need to up your fruit and veggie intake which will kick you out of Keto mode anyaway.  Also, no intermittent fasting (in case you combined that with Keto). I plan on getting back into Keto myself after I’m done nursing :)

Baby will need more carbs than Keto provides. I was Paleo with my last pregnancy, and I was advised to add rice and potatoes back into the diet in order to have enough carbs for healthy development.
