Feeling kind of real!

Ok so I’ve been very hesitant about being excited for this pregnancy. I had a miscarriage the end of August but then never had another cycle. I just instantly got pregnant in September. (This is absolutely amazing and unbelievable seeing as how we tried for over 6 years with our first who is now 3 and a half). A few weeks ago, I went to the doctor and they did and ultrasound off the record, but could only see a gestational sac and nothing else. So the doctor still wasn’t sure about time frame. Fast forward to today when I went back to the doctor and bam! There’s a baby! Dating measurements put me at 7 weeks 2 days and heart rate was 149.

Any guesses?
