Please help

If anybody know anything about this please tell me what y’all think. So I masterbaited earlier and after I got up to go pee when I wiped there was a lot of red blood almost like a period. I am not cramping or have any pain. But as I continued to wipe the blood started to minimize until about 5 wiped and it was nothing I have not bled anymore sense. I am only about 5 weeks pregnant I am pretty sure I am having a miscarriage but I don’t know if I am as I only bled for like 5 min. But I do know all miscarriages are different so I’m at the hospital now worried can somebody please tell me what may be going on if anyone has been through this. Also I was fine all day no bleeding or anything it was only until after I had an orgasm that there was blood.
