Pills to induce miscarriage VS. D&C

Please comment your experiences. My baby’s heart stopped beating at 7w5d, didn’t find out until 3 days ago at 11w. I’m heartbroken and now have to make this decision and I just don’t know which one sounds worse.

I’ve already had 2 natural miscarriages before so I know how traumatizing they are, but now that I am farther along than I was the previous two times, I’m not sure if I could handle an induced miscarriage. I’m leaning towards the D&C to have closure more quickly but just looking for some similar stories. I’m sorry for everyone’s losses.
