I have a tooth problem! **Updated**

So here it is on Thursday night, I have a toothache but my honeymoon is Saturday morning! We leave and go to Hawaii for 2 weeks. I'm 14 weeks pregnant and I have no clue what to do. I will call my dentist in the morning. I wish I could just get it pulled but there is no way! I also and in no place to get major dental work done. Honeymoon in a day...advice please!

Update: So I went to the dentist and the tooth is worse than I thought. It needs a root canal and I need medical clearance for it. They put me on antibiotics and tylenol. Told me to be careful and chew on the other side. Oh and it will cost $2400. Silver lining it will have to wait till after the honeymoon.
