Help please

I’m 14 years old and I am having issues with this girl at school. I went to 6th grade with her and two of my other best friends, then we didn’t like the school because the education was horrible, so my other best friends except her switched schools. now we go to high school together and she is in this special program with my other best friend and she hates me because she thinks I stole her friends when we switched schools I think which I didn’t do, I even made the decision to switch schools last). She is sort of getting revenge now, and making it a bigger deal than it is, and sort of “stealing them back” but she is too stubborn to hear me out and honestly I am really mad at her too rn because she is manipulating all my friends to hang out with her instead of me and driving my friends away from me and I didn’t even do anything, I don’t know why she is taking this out on me, it is really frustrating and it is just a huge misunderstanding. As a side note, I think I have a form of OCD where I pull out my eyelashes/hairs when I am stressed/have anxiety and it is especially bad right now and I have a a big gap of eyelashes missing and it’s so embarrassing but I can’t help it. I don’t know what to do, any advise would be very helpful. Thanks
