2 days late! Slight tmi

Still bfn! No signs or symptoms to suggest pregnancy or af is coming- thought I had cramps earlier but turns out to be belly ache after eating. I've had this a few days. Literally 30mins to and hour after I've eaten I'm on the loo :( is this relevant to anything?
