Miscarried my twins and surprise there was one more

Last night I went to er I was spotting for 4 days prior and saw a clot in the toilet I get to the hospital they say I lost my twins but the see a sac with a baby in it so I was confused. Doctor tells me it was three babies I lost 2 and this one was in it's own sac and survived, but I'm still threatening miscarriage.

Doctor tells me that my uterus is low to the right and tilted and there is 80%chance I could die if I don't miscarry and 75% chance baby will be sick. I'm hurt confused scared and all kinds of emotional..... 😔🙁😭😟🤬
