Question about tearing

Sometimes when my husband and I have sex, I will tear a little, usually at the bottom of my vaginal opening/perineum. We use plenty of lube and usually I don't even notice that anything tore or split until I go to use the restroom afterwords and notice a bit of blood on the toilet paper when I wipe. Now that I'm pregnant I notice this happens more often with intercourse. My question for anyone who has experience with this - does this mean I will tear more easily during birth? I'm terrified that if my husband's penis makes me tear, that a baby is going to destroy my vagina! Thoughts??
