His testicle did a disappearing act during the act

Hi guys.

So last night me and my SO were having sex and he suddenly stopped and said he was in pain, went to the bathroom and when he came back he was fine. He said his testicle moved up like into his lower abdomen and he pushed it back into place. I know this can happen sometimes but is the pain normal? He said it didn’t hurt a lot and that it felt like a trapped nerve or something?

He didn’t seem too worried about it, but I though I’d post here and ask if any of you have had similar experiences.
