Delayed ovulation after chemical pregnancy?

Waiting for my LH surge after a chemical pregnancy a few weeks ago and I’ve had 6 days of blinking smiley faces with clear blue digital advanced but still no peak. I’m temping too so I know I didn’t just miss it. Some signs of fertile cm but mixed. Anyone experience delayed ovulation after a chemical?

I just finished my ovulation for the month and I had a chemical last month and my ovulation was late as well which put my period at the beginning of next month. My OB says it’s my bodies way of starting fresh
