Late ovulation, implantation cramping?
I have mild PCOS and semi-irregular cycles (used to have very few periods a year until my daughter was born, afterward they last between 28-48 days, sometimes I skip a month). I have been using OPKs for the past six months to predict my fertile window. This cycle, I had high fertility for about 13 days before I had peak fertility on cycle day 24. Following my peak result, I had blood work done to see if I had actually ovulated, but my progesterone and LH levels were low/negative and I had not actually ovulated. That was one week ago, cycle day 25. Last night I had intense nausea and woke up many times from a sick stomach. Then all day today I have been having pretty moderate cramps. It is cycle day 34.
I did a blood pregnancy test today and it was negative. If I didn’t ovulate, I shouldn’t be expecting a period. If I did ovulate in the past week, could this be implantation cramping?
Does anyone have experience or successes with late ovulation, long cycles, or implantation cramps?
