I missed my period by 2 days and took 1 test and had a vvfl

I went to hospital to get conformation and I tested back negative but wasn’t sure so I took another test and got this this same day

the next day I took another test and got this

I am extremely confused. I started my period today as well and is cramping.

This happened to me to i spent the night at the ER just to find out there was no baby no sac no pregnancy hormone and af arrived fully loaded i was so embarrassed and felt like a crazy person when thinking that i was in risk of miscarriage and there was nothing but AF. The doctor didnt say the to word but to me was chemical pregnancy... With all that scenario
