Need advice

My son. Currently a week shy of 5 months old is going through a rough sleeping patch. From birth he slept through the night, the past couple of weeks have been so hard... he will only sleep while on the breast during the day or in the car. At night he will only sleep 2 hrs at a time or not at all. I have tried Tylenol for his teeth cutting, lavender on his feet, a weighted swaddle. I’m running out of options and sanity, I am so tired I am thinking of conversations that I believe happened with my SO that really haven’t. I’m loosing my mind......
