When did SO & spouses

Question

Im a bigger woman and i know the outside world wont probably feel baby move for awhile but im feel him move now. The question is when did SO & spouses start to talk to baby? My husband refuses to now and say he wont start until he can feel baby move.. im 19+3
Am i crazy to think he should start asap? Or is he right? 🤔🤔

My husband still doesn’t really talk to the baby and I’m 30 weeks. He’ll make a few remarks every now and then and pat my stomach, but that’s about it. Honestly, I don’t even really talk to the baby much either. 
We had issues with the baby stop kicking as soon as my husband would put his hand on my stomach to feel him. We would wait a good 5 minutes and then my husband would give up and the second he’d move his hand baby would move. I’m confident I felt movement from outside around 26 weeks. It took my husband until about 28 weeks. He didn’t feel a good hard kick until this past week, but again it just came down to stubbornness of our baby lol.

He can start talking to the baby when he wants to. Forcing it isn’t going to make it anything but awkward.

I don’t think my husband or I ever really talked to our babies before they were born 🤷🏼‍♀️ Not everyone is going to want to do that.

I tried to get my husband to feel the movement around 20 weeks but the baby's usually active right when we're going to bed or during the middle of the night and he always falls asleep. I finally got him to feel it just before 26 weeks.
