TTC- how long did it take for you?

I’ve been trying to conceive for the last 3 months, no luck yet. I am 29 years old (I will be 30 in December) and I did become pregnant at the age of 19. It happened right away. I was younger then & it was not planned at that time. I was wondering for anyone who is trying, how long did it take? I did go to my OB and I am taking prenatal vitamins. Trying to not give up hope, I get really down when I see my period come. :/
