Confused Mess

I am a confused mess right. I was texting with my boyfriend and we start talking about our relationship and he tells me he still has feelings for his ex fiance. They broke up 5 years ago and she's now married and has a baby. He then tells me that ever since then, he compares girls he dates to her. None of his other relationships have lasted because none of them share as many hobbies as they did. I have low self-esteem as it is and that just made me feel worse, like I have to compete with his ex. I am PMSing, so maybe I'm just over emotional. I just felt hurt tho. Ok, end of complaining.
