Help??

I was on birth control for about four years. The depo for the first three then the mirena for almost a year. (I haven't had a period at all except a little bleeding after mirena was inserted). I got my mirena taken out June 29th and AF came July 2-8. I haven't had any bleeding since then. I've had a little bit of right pelvic pain and a little bit of neasea throughout the day. I've taken multiple tests and they've all been negative😔
