Ovulation after loss. Any ideas?

Alright I need some insight. I had an early miscarriage at 4 wks 5 days on Oct 11th. I bled heavy one day and light spotting on and off for 5 more days. On day 5 of the bleeding/ spotting I tested negative on hpt and my opk didn’t have a second line. Had some pain the weekend after that I actually googled etopics but now wondering if it could have been ovulation. I typically ovulate around cd13 and have a short surge window. These have been my tests. CD 11 test looked darker in person. Like thought it was close to a positive. Any ideas?? Sorry this is so long. I’m so confused. The test lines just keep getting lighter now.
