What time of day did you test and get a positive result for pregnancy?

Curious to know what time of day is best for testing. Does it matter if it’s the first pee in the morning?

The hcg-concentration in your urine is highest in the morning. 
I got my test and woke up very early because I was nervous. Got the faintest line ever at 5 am. Never did another test :-)

For me it was am. After I got my positive I still couldn’t get a positive afternoon test until I was around 6 weeks pregnant. I peed on a lot of sticks 😂

It depends how close you are to expected AF. If you're testing early, then testing in the morning with fmu will usually give you the most accurate result. If you have already missed your period, then it doesn't matter as much when you test, as your HCG level is usually high enough to get a positive result any time of day.

Its easier to get a positive in the morning as urine is more concentrated. But, I was about 5 weeks when I took a test in the afternoon so by that point I had more hcg in my system to make it easier.

I took mine around 4pm on a cheapie test at 8dpo. Confirmed with a digital and blood test the next day.

They say the first morning urine is the best but I took my first test at 9pm and it popped up pregnant within 20 seconds so I took 2 more the next 2 mornings to be sure
