4dpo anxious

I'm 4dpo I'm dying to test Lol I got 10 days before AF shows I had a miscarriage 8/30/18 TTC so nervous and scared about having another miscarriage any of you ladies have any tips to help calm my nerves I guess I need reassured I've been bloated last few days having white cm and some stretchy lower back pain my other question is I was told after a miscarriage that's when a woman's the most fertile anyone got anything like the pictures and got there bfp good luck and baby dust to each and everyone of you ladies
