Pregnant 6 months pp. Need URGENT advice

I had my daughter through fertility treatments 6 months ago. I just found out last night that I am pregnant! I am VERY early on! Only 4 weeks along. Has anyone gotten pregnant on your own after infertility and needed to be put on progesterone to have a healthy pregnancy? I am beyond scared because this is my 3rd pregnancy. First was a mmc, second was IUI

and now im on my third. Im going to call my primary on monday but theres no telling when ill be able to get into see an OB. Please help a momma out who is freaking out!
