Yeah, same, I posted the “should I stay or should I go” topic

My boyfriend tells me he is going to work his ass off to give me the life I really deserve to give our daughter everything, to get marry and live together , that he wants to marry me and everything and he tells me not to pay attention to my mom that she wants me to dump him

And my mom tells me she doesn’t think he’s for me , or maybe it is but he’s not going to have a job, and imma be hungry for the rest of my life , that I’ll be at home taking care of kids while he goes out and I don’t know if she says those things because she hates him or...?
