Hi everyone I thought I would share with you all it’s obviously not something new cause once I googled I found information about it all over the internet and search after you read this to see for yourself !

I have lived with Type 1 & 2 for many years now always suffering badly with blisters in my mouth and genital breakouts that are so sore 😱

I’ve been taking apple cider vinegar tablets for a few weeks and have had NO breakouts at all!! I would have them every few days nearly and now nothing it’s like I don’t even have it anymore. You can buy the tablets from most food stores or chemists it is a must try ! I’ve taken HEAPS of different vitamins and nothing has helped me till now ! I hope this helps someone else too xxx
