Sonogram

Mamas! How early can sonogram detect twins? How early did you find out and how? Many thanks ❤️

Edit: My last period was 29 Sep and I tested positive ( afternoon hours not early morning pee ) on Oct 21 which was 5 days prior to my next period and 7 days after my ovulation. I wonder if such an early detection could mean twins? My HCG was measuring 271 at 3 W + 4 D since LMP / 11 days since ovulation. Twins don’t run in my family, only in my heart ❤️ I would love me twins 🙈 My sonogram is Nov 5 when I should be 5 W + 2D ....will it be too early to see twins?
