Any last minute tips before my International flight?

Flying 11 hours straight from Germany tomorrow with a lay over in Dallas then a connecting flight. Any tips?? 25 weeks

Might be worth getting compression socks. I’ve never had swelling on a flight before, but the last time I flew it was like my feet were trying to pop out of my sneakers. That was only a 4 hour flight.

Keep walking. Drink a lot of water. Pack snacks.

Socks as suggested as well as making sure you go for a walk of the plane every hour ish to keep blood flowing.
