When you hold on to hatred, you fuel negativity in your relationships and in turn welcome negativity into your life. It quite literally will bleed in to every aspect of your world and tear you down. And frankly, hatred makes you do some stupid ass shit

I think depends on the person and situations they are given throughout life.
 I do think love changes people in general more often
 but I can’t say it does more than hate would/could.
