Here’s a few things I’m doing to help manage my cramping and morning/all day sickness!

❤️ eating 5-6 smaller portions throughout the day instead of 3 meals

❤️ pink stork morning sickness tea

❤️ preggie pop drops

❤️ WARM heat pack on my belly when the cramps/bloating/gas gets super uncomfortable (I like doing this before bed time)
