Nerve twitch?

So this pregnancy has been so weird and different this time around.

For weeks I would randomly try to do something and end up with this almost numb feeling in a very specific spot on my belly. This doesn't happen so much any more but now instead it feels like an actual KICK from the baby in that SAME spot. Which is impossible I know and it's too high up anyways. It's just so weird and I'm pretty sure its nerve related but it seriously startles me every time because it feels exactly like a kick. Has anyone had this "nerve twitch" feeling with any of your pregnancies?
