Cesarean rebleeding

So I had my son 10 days ago via repeat cesarean. My bleeding stopped at about 5d pp. Today I had a pretty big (Ouch!) sneeze and immediately began bleeding afterwards, enough to soak through one pad in 20m. I’m having a lot of sharp cramps in my abdomen that is new. The pain had pretty much turned into just soreness but the sharp stabbing pains and cramps have returned with the bleeding. Anyone else experience this and have any advice? Normal? Concerning?
