Allergy help?

My little girl is just over 6m old and the last few days all of a sudden seems to have a facet for a nose.

No fever, nothing but a few extra sneezes and non stop runny nose. Add that to her waterfall mouth of drool and shes coughing/choking on it some times and this morning as shes sleeping in her usual "face in the mattress butt in the air" pose every time she exhales it sounds like shes blowing bubbles in a puddle.

Any suggestions to help with the facet nose?
