First IUI failed 😏
Just a little background. I'm 34, Husband is 35. I have one child from previous marriage. Hubby & I have been TTC for 2 years. We have had all of our testing done and everything is normal. We were diagnosed with unexplained infertility. I ovulate regularly on my own, but Dr put me on Letrozole CD 3-7 last cycle. I had 2 big follicles and was given the go ahead to do the Ovidrel trigger shot on 7/27 and we did our first IUI on 7/29.
Long story short, I had major stress during my TWW. Completely unrelated to TTC or my normal obsessing about TTC. We had a car accident (everyone is ok, just sore). Tested negative in the ER after the accident and then AF showed 4 days early. I'm surprisingly not crushed like I thought I would be. I tried to mentally prepare for a BFN due to all the stress. Anyway, went back to the Dr today and tomorrow I will start on Round 2 of Letrozole. Praying things will be better this month and that my next post will be in the faint lines room!
