Jalapeno Salsa. Yum
On medium heat, heat your griddle or skillet. I use foil, you dont have too. 5 raw jalapenos, 1/2 small onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 tomatoe, and 1 roma tomatoe, I added 1 teaspoon oil after 2 minutes and a little salt, charred them all up turning them. Then you turn heat off and let them cool for about 10 minutes add everything to blender with 1/4 cup of water, salt, pepper, cumin seeds a pinch and 1/4 to 1/2 bunch of cilantro and blend yum ohhhh...
