Ovulating 24/7.. Help??

I am constantly having problems with discharging and it never stops. I've had this problem since I was 10 and am now 18. I've talked to some people but they say it's because I'm always ovulating? But this was going on before I started my period and it's very uncomfortable. Is there maybe another reason why this is happening? And if not how can I get it to stop?
