Ways to destress

Any Mom's want to share how they destress after a long day or throughout the day?

Days with 2 toddlers seem to get harder and harder the past few nights were ended with anxiety attacks. Idk if it's the birth control or what but my stress level is high by the end of the night.

*Alcohol isn't an option for everynight, I won't touch alcohol (even a sip) unless I have someone here not drinking and husband works late most nights.
