Postpartum Eclampsia ?

Hi ladies I’m not sure if this is the right room for this but I am 7 months postpartum and lately my legs and feet have been super swollen to the point I think the skin will rip open and I’ve had headaches and dizziness along with nausea and stomach pain even though my first reaction was that I was pregnant but 2 negative pregnancy test later relieved that thought but at this point I’m thinking it could either be high blood pressure or eclampsia what are y’alls thoughts
