Infertility following imperforate hymen?

when i was 14 i was diagnosed with imperforate hymen, had to get surgery. it was pretty severe and had to get taken into emergency after multiple inaccurate diagnosis. my uterus was full... i mean full of blood. the amount of blood the doctor said could fill a 2L milk jug and was one of the worst cases he has ever seen. i’ve been trying to conceive and i’m having no luck... can anyone relate? would the blood affect my eggs? the doctor said there was blood in my ovaries. i have bladder infections often because my kidneys are swollen and often have kidney problems, i’ve read these can be some side affects as well as infertility. help please!
