Discharge while I pee

So Im really worried, Im 19 years old sexually active and Ive never had a UTi before, I started having these pains when I finished urinating, like the feeling you get when you hold it in too long. Then I noticed I was passing like sort of a fleshy red/brown ball everytime I peed, It came from my vagina and it hurts while I pass it. Im really worried because I dont know if its something more serious and until I can go to de gyno I was hoping some of you can help, I have a picture but I think its too much to show :/  Also my period is like 4 days away.
