Fever and chills. Update

Hi ladies im 10 days postpartum with little guy and I woke in the middle of the night freezing. Nothing could warm me up and nt head hurts and my whole body is achy... my temp was s low grade fever of 100.6

Is this a hormonal surge? Of possibility the flu? I haven't been out litte around anyone to get sick. I am miserable though!! Thank God hubby is home from work still this week.

Thanks ladies went to my midwife i have a UTI and Mastitis getting on an antibiotic today!
