Third trimester tea?

I'm not trying to start a debate on it being safe or not because I've read a few mamas bash each other on social media regarding taking teas to induce labor. My question is HAVE YOU TRIED THE THIRD TRIMESTER TEA?

If so, DID IT WORK? How long did it take? I'm just very curious. 😊

I'm drinking it. I started at 34 weeks with 1 cup a day. I am now 36.4 weeks and up to 3 cups a day. I am not drinking it to induce labor. I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to induce labor at all. I've read it pretty much affects your uterus and prepares it for delivery. I've read revies and lots of women who drank it say they had an easier labor. That's all I'm hoping for.

It's supposed to tone the uterus for delivery not induce labor. It can cause contractions for some so they tell you not to drink it before X amount of weeks. I started drinking one cup a day at 32 weeks and next week at 35 will increase to 2 cups and so on. I've heard great reviews and have friends that swear by it so I figured I'd give it a try!

Red raspberry leaf tea in the 3rd trimester is safe and I swear that it works. I drank it from 35-40 weeks daily and only pushed for 5 minutes with each babe.

I'm drinking pregnancy tea thatvis sinilar. It is full of vitamins and nutrients. It also strengthens your uterus (which can make your labor/delivery process faster) and helps with water retention. I immediately noticed a difference in fluid in my face and my rings fit again!
