Anyone knows if EFT is safe to do in pregnancy?
I suffer from anxiety with physical symptoms, and the little pregnancy associated sensations sometimes makes my anxiety shift towards panic.
I have a history of panic attacks aswell.
EFT helped me earlier, if anyone knows if it's safe to do in pregnancy would be great. TIA
