Health anxiety is bad right now
I'm 21, been having a bit of pelvic pain for the past week, easing off now a bit but I've literally spent the entire day on my bed looking up cancer and scaring myself. I do it every time there's something wrong 😑 I always convince myself I'm seriously ill, it's exhausting but I can't shake the thoughts off. Tips for dealing with anxiety?
