What should I do about all of this?

My boyfriend and I been together for 3 months. We have have been happy. The thing is every day I have the crave for a baby. People say that working at a daycare will loose the interest in wanting one. Is that true? We had talked about it and he wants one but not right now, which is fine but at same time he has 2 daughter. He knows that I want to get married and have kids. How can I tell that he want a child with? He tells me he does but I get the vibe that he doesn't  one. What can I do to help this whole thing go further?
