Hello, Ladies! In the end of July, I was diagnosed with PCOS, high blood sugar... the whole 9 yards after being unable to conceive for 3 1/2 years. That diagnosis kicked my booty into gear and since then, I’ve lost 50 lbs, my periods are pretty much regulated (27 or so days apart) and I believe I have ovulated for the last couple of months. I started temping this month after finding out that OPKs may be unreliable for women with PCOS. This is what my chart looks like so far. (The app has my ovulation date wrong). I believe that I ovulated on Day 12 of my cycle because there was a bit of a drop into a spike and my cervical mucous was 100% egg white that day. Why am I now experiencing another spike? I’m sorry for asking questions that may seem dumb... I’m so new to this that I don’t know what any of it means! Thank you so much for any help!
