Acid reflux?

Anyone else dealing with this? Seems like every night I’m burping and having acid reflux, but no heartburn. It’s so gross! 😩 What can I take for this? Tums?

I was actually going to post about this! I have terrible acid reflux at night. I take tums but it doesn’t really help much. Sitting up is really the only thing that helps me. It’s horrible! 😩

I take peppermint tums. I start with one and take more if need be. I also have a water bottle by my bed every night. Saves me every night!

I usually take Tums to try and shove it down. It’s really just a temporary relief. I get the tums smoothies berry fusion because they taste soooo good lol. Mostly I just have acid reflex and sometimes heartburn. But the heartburn is usually when I wait too long to eat. If you’re not eating or drinking consistently, that’s when the acid has a chance to come up. I’ve had GERD/acid reflux for years and it’s not fun. Especially at night when I’m trying to fall asleep 😩 My MFM specialist recommended Pepcid (the 14 day pack) and I took that. Didn’t have heartburn for like 4-6 weeks which was great. You just have to space out how often you do those 14 day packs. You can’t consistently take medicine like that every day for a long period
