Negitive test! 😢

So last month I had 2 periods within 2 weeks , my glow app said my period should have started on the 9th, when i entered my period hasnt started it moved my period to the 11th still no period! Last month I had sex every day I ovulated! today I took just a cheap test from the dollar store, the test said negitive...is it normal to have two periods in one month? And if so is it normal to not get a period the month after since I had 2 last month? Is it to early to even know if im pregs? Ttc baby #2! Ive also been having cramping the past week but no period !
