Need prayers

I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was some light brown discharge on the toilet paper. I called the night triage nurse.  She told me not to worry, it happens in the first trimester sometimes, but if there is bright red or bad framing to go to the ER. I have to call the dr first thing in the morning. I have had two misscarriages. I don't think I could handle a third. 🌈
