Feels like af but no blood

Hi ttc and according to glow I've missed a cycle have had one npt about a week ago. All day today it's felt like I started my period so I go to bathroom but it just seems to be cm. There's a lot more than I've ever noticed before. Nbp so not sure if I should test again or what tia
