It’s an intimate and beautiful part of marriage. The Bible says not to deprive each other, but if you both have a low sex drive there are other ways you can be intimate with one another. I think regular sex is very important to maintaining a healthy marriage but what “regular” means is up to the two of you

You should watch the series called relationship goals by transformation church. He talks about how sex was created by God and sex is good. However it is so powerful that it has to be contained as to why you are supposed to wait till marriage

Everyone is different. But I love the feeling of sex, so it’s super important in my marriage. Sex should never be a number one priority, but it shouldn’t be dismissed as not important either. Some people obviously don’t like sex or have medical issues, so it’s not like there’s a perfect answer to your questions. I also don’t agree with what someone else said about not having sex for two weeks means there’s basically an issue with your marriage. Why would there be a magical number for when it’s been too long since you’ve last had sex? I’m also surprised that came from a counselor because I’m a counselor and you should never impose or make an issue out of something that isn’t. If two people only have sex once a month and they are both happy with that, why would anyone tell them to look for issues in their marriage?

It's the physical act of the two becoming one. I'd say yes it's pretty important. God created it for us for our pleasure and closeness. In fact our pastor told us in premarital counseling that if 2 weeks went by without sex (without a medical reason) we needed to be discussing what was going on in our marriage.
