37+6 & haemorroids- I'm mortified 🙈

I didn't even know about these until I fell pregnant! I'm pretty sure that's what it is. I was showering and I can feel like a rubber ball near the entrance and it's attached!

I am mortified I just started crying.. I can't even tell my husband..

What do I do? Am I going to get more? Can they affect baby?? & why me?!?!?

I haven't even pushed out a big hard poo and I got it..

Help me!!!
